I have gained knowledge of how the human digestive system works. I came accross and old book called "Fit For Life" by Harvey and Marylin Diamond. What have I been doing to loose this much weight? I have been working with my bodys natural digestive system and cleansing system. Water/ I drink Distilled Water I may also have one Crystal Light Energy pack in the mornings while at the gym. I only eat one because I want to limit the amount of artificial sweetners and foods that are going into my body. That way I can still afford my treats here and there. In the morning I only eat fruit, All kinds, and as much as I want, but I do not over eat. I don't eat bananas or dried fruit, until later and then only if I know that it will be awhile until my next meal, becase these fruits stay in the stomach longer. My other Two meals consist of Raw Vegatables or lightly steamed or lightly sauted veggies with butter and garlic! I eat the raw veggies with one starch OR one protien, Not Both. For a light night snack when I have to have that extra something due to the fact that I don't get home until midnight. I will have a half cup of Turkey Hill Vanilla Frozen Yogurt. Or my absolute favorite if it is on sale a half cup of Coffee flavored Haagen Dazs low-fat frozen yogurt. OR a mug of chamomile tea. Exercise Treadmill 30 min. I am now running a total of 6 min straight at 5.3 speed! I'm getting closer to my short term goal! I am walking on an incline of 10. I am buring 400-430 cals everytime ...
